Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver skilled physical therapy for orthopedic, neurological, and mobility-related conditions
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active, unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist license
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $76,000 – $103,000 annually (based on experience)
• $2,000 sign-on bonus
