We offer competitive pay, continued education, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team environment.Key responsibilities:Provide basic and advanced life support (BLS/ALS) within the Paramedic scope of practiceSafely operate and maintain emergency vehicles in compliance with state and local regulationsDeliver competent, compassionate patient care in a variety of clinical and transport settingsEffectively apply EMS protocols and procedures in various situationsCommunicate professionally with patients, families, healthcare personnel, and team membersDocument patient care accurately using our electronic charting systemAssist fellow EMS providers and provide thorough handoff reportsEnsure vehicle cleanliness and restock supplies as neededDemonstrate ethical conduct and a commitment to patient care and safetyRequired qualifications:Current Paramedic certification/license (state-specific requirements apply)High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredValid driver's license with a good driving recordStrong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skillsPhysical demands:Ability to safely operate EMS vehicles and essential equipmentAbility to bend, sit, kneel, and lift up to 125 lbs; push/pull over 50 lbsMaintain physical agility for safe patient handling in demanding environmentsTolerate extended periods of driving or riding in an ambulancePerform effectively in physically strenuous and emotionally challenging situationsFor over 35 years, MMT has been at the forefront of innovation, continuously expanding to support our team members and provide efficient, reliable interfacility ambulance patient transportation for our healthcare partners.
