Wage: $19-20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Thursday 730AM to 5PM, Friday 730AM to 1130AM What You'll Do: Operate small presses, including 1 & 2 color presses, to produce envelopes, letterheads, business cards, and NCR forms.Handle material loading and unloading, ensuring precision and quality in every print job.Assist in maintaining press equipment and adhering to safety protocols.Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.Support the continuous improvement of workflow and processes. Required Skills: Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn press operation.Ability to lift 45-50 lbs safely.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Good communication skills and dependable work ethic.Experience with operating machinery, warehouse, or line work is a plus. Nice to Have Skills: Previous experience in printing or press operation.Forklift or pallet jack operation experience (certification not required).Familiarity with production safety standards. Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or line work experience is beneficial.Willingness to train and grow within the role.
