Arnold's Lounge is searching for members to join our team! We are looking for high energy people who love to work in a fast paced environment. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right people for the job. We value excellent customer service. 

We are searching for servers who create an intimate and high quality experience for our guests. Servers will answer customer questions, assist them with choices, take their orders and deliver the orders with a smile. We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure and who knows how to be a team player and works urgently throughout the shift. 

Bartender responsibilities include preparing and serving both alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks while using good time management skills to do so. Bartenders must be able to multitask in order to provide top-tier service. Bartenders are also responsible for following state age requirements and ensuring compliance with the liquor laws, so checking ID's is a must. 

Cooks must be able to properly follow recipes and directions outlined for each menu item. Cleanliness is a must. Cooks must be able to get dishes out within a timely manner. This environment is fast paced and being able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

Bouncers must be able to keep eyes on the bar at all times. We are looking for someone who has the ability to multitask while checking IDs and making sure the environment stays safe. Bouncers must be level headed and have the ability to solve situations quickly and safely. Communication and conflict resolution skills are a must.
