Kids Are Our Everything.Department10293 Nursing Science ProfessionalPay Range$77,584.00 - $129,292.80About the Role:The Nursing Quality Outcomes & Safety Coordinator supports hospital and nursing division initiatives focused on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This position partners closely with the Senior Nursing Quality Outcomes & Safety Coordinators, as well as Hospital Quality, Safety, Regulatory, Infection Prevention, and Risk Management teams, to advance nursing quality and safety priorities across the organization. The Coordinator assists in coordinating and implementing quality improvement (QI) and patient safety projects by applying principles of project management, performance improvement, and change management. This includes gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports and presentations, tracking metrics, and supporting unit-based and divisional teams in achieving improvement goals.What You’ll Bring:Minimum EducationBSN (Required)Master's Degree (Preferred)Minimum Work Experience5 years Progressively responsible clinical experience within a nursing or clinical setting (critical care experience preferred), including at least 2 years experience in nursing quality and patient safety initiatives.
