Responsibilities include: 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills Collect and record data to track progress (training provided) Participate in supervision sessions and team meetingsli> Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team Qualifications Required RBT Certification High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable Preferred Experience working with children Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or RBT Job Details Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour Schedule: Flexible scheduling available Work Location: In-person NDSL #J-18808-Ljbffr
