Candidate Pay Rate: $27 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and evaluations to pediatric patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care techniques
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Participate in patient care conferences and contribute to interdisciplinary planning

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Physical Therapy license in good standing
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Previous pediatric physical therapy experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be comfortable working with children of all ages

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and therapeutic interventions
• Skilled in patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
