About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer (ACNO) to join their team. The ACNO will share responsibility for the overall quality of nursing care delivered in the facility, including the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of delivery systems. This role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and assisting with the education and training of nursing staff. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Joint Commission, CMS, and state regulatory guidelines, and will act as the nursing administration representative at various meetings and task forces. In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, the ACNO will serve in that capacity. Applicants for the ACNO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution, with a Master's degree preferred. A current nursing license in the state of Indiana, or eligibility for such, is required, along with current CPR or BLS certification. Nurse management experience is also preferred. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and experienced nursing professional with a commitment to providing high-quality care in a behavioral health setting. The role demands a flexible schedule, including the possibility of day, evening, and weekend hours, as determined by the CNO or CEO/Managing Director.
