OB/GYN Physician

University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health, a member of the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), has an opening available for a full-time OB/GYN physician.

Job specifics:

• Employed group comprised of two OB/GYN physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers. Seeking a third physician to meet growing volumes.
• Generalist scope of practice includes mix of obstetrics and gynecology.
• Service supported by 24/7 in house OB hospitalist coverage.
• Hospital performs 1400 deliveries per year on average; unit includes 14 labor, delivery, recovery, and post-partum rooms.
• Level II nursery covered by 24/7 pediatric hospitalists.
• Work/life balance supported by very limited call arrangement.
• Excellent hospital administration support as well as in office support staff.
• Elbow to elbow EPIC support.
• Position eligible for sign-on bonus and relocation support.
