Entry Level Line Cook
Bern's Steak House
Job Title
Prepare your station with all necessary items/tools according to designated assigned station.
Prepare, cook, and plate all items on designated station according to Chef standards.
Ensure quality of all products with guidance from Chef.
Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation throughout the shift.
Skills
- Attention to detail and great communication skills
- Must work well with others.
- Work quickly, safely and accurately under pressure during shifts as well as multitasking.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays
