At Capstone Restaurant Group, we are dedicated to the fast-food industry and are independently owned and operated as a franchisee in the Hardee's Restaurant System. We are always searching for talented Team Members, at all levels, that are interested in growing with us.

Whether you are greeting and serving our guests, or preparing quality food products in a clean, pleasant, and safe environment, you get great satisfaction from demonstrating a high level of integrity in all that you do!

The Team Member is responsible and accountable for performing specific tasks and duties, as assigned, within the restaurant. The Team Member provides each guest with a positive hospitality experience, prepares quality food products according to standards, and keeps the restaurant clean, pleasant, and safe for all guests and team members.
