Summary The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. The role builds client relationships, drives individual and team sales, and supports store standards and initiatives. Responsibilities Understand customer needs and provide personalized product and styling recommendations. Grow sales through client outreach, clienteling, digital tools, and achievement of performance goals. Build lasting customer relationships and capture relevant client information using CRM tools. Support and coach colleagues, participate in training and community initiatives, and contribute to a positive team environment. Maintain visual standards, follow store policies and procedures, and provide feedback on category opportunities. Requirements Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Digital selling experience is preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, and to stand, walk, and move for multiple hours.
