As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and badge procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with tenants and visitors, and use computer or tablet systems as needed. Pay Rate: $24.75 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations and/or concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property areas, including building exteriors, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe site activity; report maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations according to established procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
