Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to deliverexpert advisory and consulting services on business operations and internalprocesses for our clients. In this role, you will play a key part in maximizingprofitability both within Cedrela and for our external clients. Guided byindustry standards, established principles, and clearly defined work plans, youwill lead short-term and long-term projects to address a wide range of businesschallenges and needs. As a knowledgeable consultant, you will provide insightfuladvice in your area of expertise. Your responsibilities include analyzingcomplex situations and offering fresh, innovative perspectives. Whetherrecommending the implementation of a new IT system or developing acomprehensive strategic plan, you will be charged with identifying andexecuting the most effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Administer,support, organize, and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clientsin line with their requirements. Undertakeshort-term and long-term projects to address a variety of issues and needs. Developdetailed business plans to drive changes and ensure successful implementation. Meetwith clients as needed to perform initial assessments of problematicsituations. Conductmeetings with management or relevant staff to understand their requirements. Gatherinformation about the client’s business using methods such as shadowing,interviews, surveys, and report analysis. Analyzeand interpret data to identify weaknesses, understand underlying causes, anddiagnose issues. Formulateconcise reports that present findings, recommendations, and solutions tailoredto the client’s objectives, capabilities, and limitations. Presentand explain findings to client executives, providing ample justification andpractical advice. Providehigh-level advisory and consulting services on business operations and internalprocesses based on analysis and formulate plans to implement recommendationsand overcome objections. Arrangeor deliver training to staff affected by change, assisting in the resolution ofdiscrepancies during implementation. Evaluateproject progress periodically and adjust plans as needed. Maintainand update knowledge of industry trends, products, and best practices. Offerongoing guidance and support to address emerging problems and issues. Build strong relationships with clientsand stakeholders by maintaining clear, consistent, and proactive communication. Foster a success-oriented and accountableenvironment. Cultivates a service culture of excellenceand develops clear objectives. Perform other related duties as required. Requirements Qualifications and Experience EducationalBackground: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, BusinessAdministration, or a related field is required; an M.B.A. is preferred.Additional qualifications in a specialized field are a plus. Certificationin consulting or in a related field of expertise is advantageous. Expertise: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. Proven experience as business advisor particularly in Finance and Accounting. Experience in project management a plus. TechnicalProficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similarsoftware. Knowledge of business software and IT system. KnowledgeBase: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of current trends inthe financial and operational sectors, and maintain up-to-date knowledgeof emerging developments. Exhibit a proactive willingness to learn andinnovate, applying fresh strategies across diverse industries.
