We were founded in 1961 with offices in Austin, Temple, San Antonio, San Marcos, Houston, Richmond/Rosenberg, Spring, and Dallas, we pride ourselves on leading one of the highest-paid sales teams in the roofing industry.

Here you can earn and learn while developing the necessary skills to be a successful salesperson within our organization. You will be able to learn a trade without college or more schooling. Competitive Hourly Base Pay + Weekly Commissions will be paid during your time in our development program. Working 6 hours daily, Sunday-Thursday with occasional weekends

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and promote products or services.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and answer questions.
• Assist in marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and gathering feedback.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and improve canvassing techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads as necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with potential leads
• Experience in canvassing or door-to-door sales is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Customer service experience is beneficial
