Role Overview

We’re looking for strong leaders who are ready to take the next step. As a Shift Manager at Pepe’s, you’ll lead your team, keep operations running smoothly, and make sure every guest has a great experience. If you enjoy fast-paced environments and working with people, this is a great opportunity to grow your leadership skills.

Job Description

Lead and support your team during each shift
Keep operations running smoothly and efficiently
Provide great service and step in to handle guest concerns
Train and coach team members to meet standards
Monitor inventory and communicate needs to management
Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and ready for service
Handle cash and transactions responsibly
Work with your team to deliver a strong guest experience every day

Preferred (Not Required)

Previous leadership or Shift Manager experience
Experience in restaurants or hospitality
Knowledge of food safety standards
Experience with POS systems or cash handling
