As the platform continues to double in size, the finance function plays a critical role in supporting smart, sustainable growth. What You'll Do Own the financial planning and analysis function across a 42+ unit multi-state cafe portfolio Build, maintain, and continuously improve financial models, forecasts, and budgets that support operational and strategic decision-making Analyze cafe-level and portfolio-wide P&L performance — identifying trends, variances, and opportunities across revenue, labor, COGS, and overhead Partner directly with operations leadership to translate financial data into actionable field-level insights Develop and present clear, concise financial reporting packages for ownership and senior leadership on a regular cadence Support new cafe opening pro formas, acquisition analysis, and development pipeline financial modeling Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast cycles across all markets Build KPI dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership real-time visibility into business performance Identify cost reduction and margin improvement opportunities across the portfolio Work cross-functionally with operations, HR, and supply chain to ensure financial alignment across the organization What You Bring 4+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience — multi-unit restaurant, retail, or franchise industry experience strongly preferred Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with restaurant or retail analytics platforms a plus Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance audiences Experience supporting multi-unit P&L management and unit-level financial performance analysis Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong communicator and collaborative partner who can work effectively across operations, finance, and ownership Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA a plus Entrepreneurial mindset — you're comfortable building processes, not just maintaining them Why This Role This organization is in active growth mode and the finance function is being built to scale alongside it.
