In this role, you'll be a primary relationship manager, delivering advisory guidance on deposits, credit, cash management, and referrals to wealth partners. You will conduct financial reviews, drive client acquisition and portfolio growth, and ensure exceptional service while meeting sales, risk, and compliance standards. Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with high-value retail and small business clients, serving as their primary banking contact Provide tailored advice on deposits, lending, cash management, and wealth solutions aligned with client goals and risk profiles Conduct financial reviews to identify opportunities, uncover needs, and recommend appropriate PNC products and services Collaborate with wealth, mortgage, and business banking partners to deliver integrated solutions and deepen relationships Meet or exceed sales, retention, and customer satisfaction targets while adhering to compliance and risk standards Execute outbound calling and networking to acquire new premier clients and build a quality referral pipeline Process complex transactions and oversee account opening, documentation, and onboarding for premier clients Monitor client portfolios and market conditions, proactively addressing issues and recommending adjustments Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide timely follow-up and service resolution Uphold PNC's culture of integrity, inclusion, and community involvement while continuously developing banking expertise Required Skills Relationship management Retail banking products Commercial banking fundamentals Consumer and small business lending Financial needs analysis Sales and business development Portfolio management CRM and pipeline management Regulatory and compliance knowledge Risk assessment and mitigation #J-18808-Ljbffr American Accounting Association
