Staff Tax Accountant

What You'll Do Prepare income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities Assist with audit and assurance engagements across multiple industries Conduct tax research and analyze complex financial issues Analyze, reconcile, and verify accounts while identifying and resolving material discrepancies Provide consulting and advisory services to clients Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service Support and mentor junior staff while contributing to team leadership initiatives Participate in limited local travel for client engagements as needed What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting Public accounting experience preferred Experience in tax, audit, consulting, or advisory services Proven tenure and job stability Experience leading or mentoring teams (please include team size on your resume) Strong technical accounting and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities CPA designation is not required CPA candidates are encouraged to apply Why Consider This Opportunity?
