Key Responsibilities: Craft and execute a strategic business development plan to attract new clients. Engage with leads, prospects, and existing clients to uncover financial needs. Deliver effective presentations to maximize business development impact. Oversee seamless client onboarding and financial planning implementation. Collaborate with the Operations team to efficiently open accounts and transfer assets. Build and nurture client relationships through expert advice and financial education. Schedule and conduct regular client meetings to review financial plans. Coordinate with the CIO to align investment strategies with client risk tolerances. Ensure compliance with marketing and sales specifications. Utilize technology platforms including CRM, trading, and money movement systems. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of direct client interaction experience in investment advisor Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Business degree preferred. Must possess FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, and SIE certifications. Experience with investment research, trade rebalancing, and performance reporting.
