Entry Level Shpping/Inventory Clerk

Inventory Clerk / Shipping & Receiving Location: Near Wake Tech (401 South toward Fuquay-Varina) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team at our facility near Wake Tech on 401 South toward Fuquay-Varina. This role supports daily warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping, and receiving. Ideal candidates live close to the Garner, Raleigh, or Fuquay-Varina area and are able to start quickly. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition Prepare and package outgoing shipments Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts Organize and label inventory in warehouse/storage areas Safely load and unload materials Communicate discrepancies or damages to management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Qualifications & Requirements Prior experience in inventory, shipping, or receiving preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required Basic computer or inventory system experience a plus Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Must be able to pass a background check, interview, and start quickly Additional Information Day shift only – no nights or weekends Convenient location for candidates in the Garner/Raleigh/Fuquay-Varina area #J-18808-Ljbffr Ultimate Staffing Services
