Entry-Level PDR Technician - Paid Training Included

Position Overview Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician who travels to customer locations to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. Provides excellent customer service and builds strong relationships. Key Responsibilities Travel to customer locations or assigned site to repair dents and dings on vehicles. Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals. Build and maintain customer relationships and promote services. Required Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Self‑motivation and ability to work independently. Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs. Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks. Valid driver’s license with good driving record. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Commission‑based, uncapped earning potential with estimated first‑year earnings $50,000‑$75,000 and long‑term $70,000‑$150,000+ depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
