What You'll Do:
- Assist individuals with daily living skills such as hygiene, communication, mobility, and meal preparation
- Administer medication and assist with health and safety needs
- Lead and support group and individual activities based on personal goals and interests
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all participants
- Provide positive behavioral support and encouragement
- Document daily progress, activities, and any incidents accurately
