Position Title: Physician-OBGYN - Urogynecology Banner University Medical Center Phoenix invites applications for faculty for the Division of Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. This is an opportunity for an outstanding academic clinician who would be interested in building distinctive clinical programs within the Division and contributing to the academic mission of the Department. Overview The Division of Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery is experiencing a period of clinical and academic growth under the leadership of Dr. Olivia Cardenas‑Trowers. The Department hosts 36 residents, 3 Maternal Fetal Medicine fellows, 2 Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery fellows, and 1 Addiction Medicine fellow. Faculty provide clinical services and mentor trainees at Banner‑University Medical Center (Phoenix), Scottsdale, Arcadia Clinic, and other Banner facilities. The Division aims to hire (2) Urogynecologic Surgeons (1 Urologist and 1 Gynecologist) for a total of 3 in the Division and plans to start a Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery fellowship within the next 2‑3 years.
