Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. Shift-differential pay for select shifts PTO for all employees Employee Assistance Program Free employee Black Card Membership Cleaner Responsibilities: As a member of our staff, the Cleaner plays a significant role in helping to transform the lives of club members by providing a clean, sanitized and safe club environment. cleaning and sanitizing fitness equipment and gym floor cleaning and sanitizing the locker rooms, restroom facilities, shower facilities and locker area properly dispose of trash stock all supplies around club and in locker rooms report broken or missing amenities or equipment (toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager QualificationsJob Requirements: Successful prior custodial experienced preferred High School diploma/GED preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Physical Demands: Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
