We have openings at both the elementary and middle school levels supporting a partner district in Bourbonnais, IL. Open Positions

• Elementary School SLP (1 opening)
• Middle School SLP (1 opening)

What You’ll Do

• Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine eligibility and service needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals related to communication
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district requirements
• Support students with a wide range of speech and language needs

What You Need

• Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
• Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement (preferred/required depending on district)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Passion for student-centered, inclusive services
