Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a critical role in designing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and other behavioral needs.
Qualifications
A master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field, and must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and a team of clinicians to achieve treatment goals.
Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to maintain appropriate documentation of patient. progress
Must maintain certification and adhere to continuing education requirements.
