Bookkeeper

Overview Personnel Resources is currently seeking a dependable and detail-focused Part-Time Bookkeeper to support a growing organization. This position is ideal for someone with strong experience in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel who thrives in an independent work environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconcile bank statements and oversee ACH payments Administer and monitor positive pay procedures to safeguard against check fraud Prepare financial reports and create spreadsheets in Excel Support month-end and year-end closing activities Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoices, payments, and account inquiries Ensure adherence to company policies and standard accounting practices Qualifications Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or a related accounting role Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of ACH transactions, positive pay systems, and general accounting principles Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Personnel Resources is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Personnel Resources, Inc.
