Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with current state credentials
• Previous experience providing PT services in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and school staff
• Ability to adapt quickly in response to fluctuating caseload needs
• Experience developing and implementing IEP goals is a plus
• Proficiency with current documentation and reporting systems

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring to a current caseload of 10 students
• Adjust strategies for a caseload that changes throughout the contract due to student mobility
• Provide services in [In-Person, Virtual, or Hybrid] format, based on district need
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and support IEP goals
• Educate staff and families on recommended activities and accommodations
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of all required reports
