Job Description

The Operating Room (OR) is a multi-specialty unit with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
• Assist in the preparation of the operating room and ensure a sterile environment.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition during surgery.
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical team, including anesthesia and surgical technologists.
• Participate in post-operative care and patient education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room setting.
• Experience in Orthopedics, General, Urology, GYN specialties required.
• BSN preferred.
• Ability to respond to emergent situations effectively.
• On-call duties required, including weekly rotations and one weekend a month.
