We are currently seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team here at Natural Essentials, Inc. This role is primarily responsible for receiving and quality checking inbound product and paperwork. This position requires time management skills, the ability to multi-task, and basic computer/data entry skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy, completeness, and any damage.
• Reads and interprets BOLs.
• Record and document all received items into the inventory system.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve discrepancies or issues with incoming shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
• Assist the other members of the Shipping and Receiving team with material handling as needed; Safely stage and load outbound pallets, pull product for transfers to other internal divisions of the organization, etc.
• All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• 1-3 Years experience operating a tow motor in a warehouse or fulfillment related role or facility.
• Experience working in a Shipping and Receiving related role, both in bound and outbound, required.
• Previous Receiving Clerk experience required.
• Exhibit strong organization and communication skills.
• Must have basic Math, computer, and data entry skills .
• Work environment may involve exposure to extreme heat and/or cold, as well as dirt, dust, fumes, unpleasant odors, and loud noises.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to drive, sit, stand, and/or walk for a minimum of 8 hours.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM +/-.

Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00/Hour depending upon experience
