Autobody Estimator (REPAIR PLANNER)

 

This is a full-time, permanent position in our Holland Michigan facility. Team members will receive top pay, chance for advancement and a full benefit package including :

This key role guides the entire vehicle repair process by building repair plans to include the most detailed itemized report of total costs, materials, and procedures necessary to take the car back to its pre-accident condition.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring initial RO development for safe and excellent repair.
• Confidently shaping the customer experience to meet Vision/Values of Mannes Body Shop.
• Ensuring each vehicle is fully and correctly disassembled with all parts accounted for and properly documented.
• Ensuring accuracy and encompassment of final written estimate to include all supplements.

 

We are currently looking for candidates who:

• Are knowledgeable in vehicle repair process normally gained as a result of 3 or more years as an Autobody Repair Technician or as an Insurance Adjuster.
• Have experience in a customer contact role, are I-Car/ASE certified, have experience with various insurance companies and/or are fluent in CCC, Mitchel or Audatex will be given preference

 

Additionally, you must:

• Have a valid driver’s license
• Be able to pass a drug test
• Willing to submit to a background check
