Duties Lead and manage daily operations, ensuring all departments function efficiently. Oversee food handling processes to maintain compliance with Domino’s standards health and safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Coordinate services for events, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Utilize POS systems for managing transactions and reporting. Conduct interviews and hire staff to build a strong team focused on customer service. Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Implement shift management strategies to optimize staff performance during peak hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu offerings meet guest expectations. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry. 2 years of experience in the Pizza Industry. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and inventory control systems. Familiarity with catering operations and event management. Proficiency in POS or similar point-of-sale systems. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Strong leadership abilities with experience in interviewing and team management. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. GM starting salary is $55,000 per year with up to 15% EBITA bonus potential and a full Benefits package.
