Location: Shippensburg, PA

Shift Options & Pay

1st Shift:

Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

$17.00 – $19.75/hr (based on experience)

2nd Shift:

Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

$18.75 – $21.40/hr (based on experience)

Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week.

What You’ll Do

As a Mechanical Assembler, you’ll play a key role in building and customizing truck bodies. Your work will directly contribute to creating reliable, high-performance vehicles.

• Assemble components, wiring, hoses, and hydraulic systems
• Use hand and power tools (drills, grinders, cutting equipment)
• Interpret blueprints and measurements for accurate assembly
• Drill and prepare materials for installation
• Install accessories such as lights, cameras, mud flaps, and decals
• Ensure high-quality standards and workplace safety

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools
• Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shippensburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.40/hr.
