Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to promote clients’ well‑being. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure quality care. Requirements A caring and patient attitude with a genuine desire to help seniors. Ability to treat clients with professionalism, respect, and compassion. Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
