What You'll Do

• Source and manage freight opportunities for asset-based 3PL services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carrier partners
• Act as the key point of contact to ensure smooth, on-time shipments
• Quote competitive freight rates and create tailored pricing solutions
• Coordinate brokerage compliance alongside leadership and safety teams
• Manage freight documentation (BOLs, claims, insurance forms, reports)
• Optimize equipment use and scheduling for maximum efficiency
• Maintain accurate records for shipments, dispatch, and expenses
• Resolve shipment discrepancies quickly and effectively
• Support additional logistics and transportation initiatives

What You Bring

• Experience in freight brokerage, dispatch, or load planning
• Strong understanding of TMS systems and 3PL operations
• Knowledge of rate negotiation, pricing strategy, and freight sales
• Solid administrative and Microsoft Office skills
• Understanding of transportation safety and compliance standards
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay sharp in time-sensitive situations

• Onsite position in Findlay, OH (not remote)
