JOB DESCRIPTION
DAYS WORKED:Full Time M-F, occasional evening and weekend work may also be requiredREPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:Reports to Operations Manager
OBJECTIVE:
- Be the point of contact for all your client's needs, every situation starts and ends with you.
- Be consultative with your clients.
- Help educate your clients on our products and services.
- Know your client's needs, they will need all sorts of products, make sure you connect them with the ones that put time back in their day.
- See something? Say Something! Not just at the airport, escalate anything that may cause a disruption to the Operations Manager
- Create raving fans! Our clients love PayDay, you will be why!
- Most importantly, you will learn and grow. We are always adding new services and features. Growth has been abundant which creates awesome upward mobility.
- Experience in payroll software. Excel skills are awesome!
- Be dynamic! -understand a problem and develop more than one approaches to solving it
- Be a good person, that is what we are all about! We are help addicts; we love to help our clients however we can
- You know how to manage your time; we always have new and exciting things here. Sometimes they happen at the same time, know how to prioritize without letting things fall through the cracks.
- Focus on the little things, "verify and clarify" that is our mantra when it comes to making sure we get every detail right
