Electrophysiology Lab Travel Nurse

Assignment Duration

This is a 14-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, 4x10 hour schedule from 07:30 to 18:00.

Job Description

As an Electrophysiology Lab Travel Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care while assisting with various electrophysiology procedures, including but not limited to ablations, pacemaker insertions, and arrhythmia evaluations. You will be responsible for maintaining the sterile field, ensuring patient safety, and monitoring vitals during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in electrophysiology procedures, including ablations and device insertions.
• Provide conscious sedation during procedures as required.
• Maintain sterile technique and setup necessary equipment for procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias.
• Ensure accurate documentation and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an electrophysiology lab setting.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Traveler experience is accepted; first-time travelers welcome.
