You’ll play a key role in helping guests unwind and feel their best, offering exceptional manicures, pedicures, and nail care while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service. Key Responsibilities Perform professional nail services including classic and gel manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized according to state and spa standards. Provide personalized recommendations on nail care and retail products. Maintain a warm, welcoming environment and deliver outstanding customer service. Assist with spa tours and promote other spa and resort services when appropriate. Support team operations, including helping with opening/closing duties and maintaining treatment areas. Flexible availability including during the week, weekends and holidays.
