This includes assessment, individualized attention and coordinationProvide consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-upEnsure appropriate documentation is completed and receivedMaintain organized database of clients and keep detailed documentation of all contacts with clients - Ensure participants follow through with planned activities as outlined in contract with funding agencyProvide individualized assessments of work, provide referrals to appropriate community service or social service agencies when neededAccurately complete required documentation for eligibility and participation purposesDocument all participant contacts and activities in case notes and ensure that post-placement contracts are made as required by specific contractCreate solutions to participant attendance problemsManage the programmatic offerings of the Centers job preparation workshops to ensure a business-driven curriculum, a high quality of presentation, a satisfactory participation rate, clear messaging of next steps, and a tangible outputWork collaboratively with the business services team to identify which jobs are available, what qualifications are needed, and which workshops and training can best prepare jobseekers for these positionsParticipate in activities including training, capacity building, and professional development - Work with leadership to identify operational challenges and to design and implement process improvementsProvide operational support and coverage as neededProvide operations support for all compliance driven standardsMay be assigned other tasks and duties reasonably related to their job responsibilitiesAbility to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor requireA working knowledge of MS Office and Google docsTwo years of experience in career advisement and development, workshop facilitation, developing workforce curriculum, public speaking and content developmentAbility to prioritize tasks and document visits and contactsDemonstrated telephone, computer and strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to thrive in environments with multiple stakeholders, frequent change, and diverse objectivesProfessional understanding of a vast array of occupations and career paths, ideally including those in the healthcare fieldBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in education, social services, healthcare and/or communicationsCustomer service experience requiredAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
