Production Operator – $20.75/hr – 2nd Shift – Weekly Pay

Now hiring Production Operators for a growing food manufacturing facility in Williamson, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, weekly pay, and the opportunity to earn a permanent position with a full benefits package.

Pay:

• $20.75 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Operate production and packaging equipment
• Monitor product quality, labeling, and packaging
• Load materials and assist with product changeovers
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow food safety and quality standards
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For:

• Manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, assembly, or production experience is helpful but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
