We're committed to recognizing and rewarding your hard work and dedication.ResponsibilitiesAs a Registered Nurse (RN), your responsibilities will include:Monitoring residents' condition and needs, and providing total careAdministering medications and treatments, and reporting any changes in conditionOverseeing the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff, and ensuring that resident care plans are being followedCompleting documentation, and admitting and discharging residentsMaintaining confidentiality and following Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) requirementsProviding excellent customer service, and building relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleaguesRequirementsTo be qualified for this position, you should possess:RN licensure with the KS Board of NursingCurrent CPR certificationAbility to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulationsDesire to work with the elderlyPreferred QualificationsExperience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferredTrustworthy and respectful of others, dependable, professional, and a team playerWork ScheduleThis full-time position works 12-hour shifts, 7am to 7pm.Join Our TeamIf you're a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply today.
