Director, Data Products - US

Position Overview Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Data Products within the MedTech Supply Chain Digital & Data organization. The role is responsible for leading the strategy and delivery of MedTech Supply Chain data products that transform raw data into trusted, AI‑enabled assets. What This Role Delivers Builds the Enterprise Data Foundation: Transforms raw and fragmented data into trusted, governed, and scalable products; establishes reusable data assets as a single source of truth; ensures data reliability and readiness for analytics and AI. Enables AI‑Ready Data at Scale: Designs data products and semantic layers optimized for AI and analytics; structures, contextualizes, and makes data consumable at point of need; advances the organization from data handling to intelligent data activation. Drives Business Value: Partners with business leaders to identify high‑value data opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions; tracks and communicates measurable value realization from initiatives. Establishes a Product‑Based Data Operating Model: Owns the transition from project‑based delivery to data‑as‑a‑product; embeds product thinking, lifecycle ownership, and continuous improvement across the data organization. Leads MedTech Data Transformation: Defines a roadmap for modernizing data capabilities, governance, and architecture; drives global alignment and builds high‑performing teams to deliver at scale. Qualifications Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Professional Experience: At least 10 years in data, analytics, AI or digital leadership; demonstrated project delivery and business relationship management. Core Skills: Strong analytical and technical capabilities; ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions; excellent presentation and stakeholder communication. Leadership: Independent leadership with a global enterprise perspective; experience leading cross‑functional teams. Preferred Expertise: Advanced analytics, data governance, data quality, data privacy standards, AI/ML enablement, product lifecycle management, and strategic thinking.
