Executive Site Leader
GE Healthcare
GE HealthCare seeks an Executive Site Leader to oversee the Electric Avenue manufacturing facility in Wisconsin. This senior role directs all operational functions—safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and innovation—while executing strategic vision and driving continuous improvement across the site.
Responsibilities
- Lead all site operations delivering performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and innovation
- Develop and execute strategic vision and operating plans aligned with customer and financial targets
- Drive operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement transformations
- Build high-performing, inclusive organization through talent development and succession planning
- Represent the site with customers, regulatory bodies, and enterprise leadership to protect company reputation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 15 years progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
- Proven expertise implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience leading organizational transformation and automation initiatives
- Strong financial acumen with ownership of operating plans and capital investment decisions
- Demonstrated success managing complex manufacturing organizations and delivering operational improvements
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
