Junior Systems Engineer

To support cybersecurity and systems engineering efforts in a secure IT environment, the part-time Junior Systems Engineer will assist with implementing cybersecurity requirements, contribute to secure system designs, and participate in federal compliance activities while working remotely for 18 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of cybersecurity engineering requirements and authorization processes including FedRAMP and RMF Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of secure IT and Cloud-based systems Assist with systems engineering activities for large-scale federal and/or commercial Cloud solutions Required Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field One or more required certifications: IAT I, IAM I, or IASAE I Minimum of 2 years of overall experience, with at least 1 year in Cybersecurity or Cloud Security within a U.S. Government agency Practical knowledge of federal IT security standards and frameworks
