Regional Housing Leader for Affordable Communities
Asset Living
Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to lead a portfolio of affordable housing communities. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finances and compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC programs. Travel is required, with a focus on achieving maximum NOI and implementing strong cost controls. Ideal candidates have prior regional management in affordable housing, LIHTC experience, CAM/ARM preferred, and at least a diploma with a preference for a related degree. #J-18808-Ljbffr Asset Living
