Base pay range: $39.61–$32.99 DOE. Contribute to individualized care planning. Monitor conditions and administer medications and treatments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care. Guide, mentor, and support nursing assistants and team members. Communicate effectively with residents and families. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
