About the role: We'reseeking a proactiveAgile Coach /Scrum Masterto serve as an impartial facilitator and Agile coach for our software development teams, product organization, and other key stakeholders. In this role,you'llhold teams accountable and foster collaboration, alignment, and transparency, while helping teams deliver high-quality products through predictable delivery and release milestones.You'llassess our current software development practices, team workflows, and organizational needs to recommend and implementAgile frameworks, processes, and ways of working that best support our businessobjectives.You'lldrive continuous improvement,facilitateAgile ceremonies, support backlog readiness and planning activities, remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear visibility into progress toward business and deliveryobjectives. Primary Responsibilities: Agile Coaching & Organizational Improvement Assess current team practices and partner with Product and Engineering to implement scalable Agile practices, processes, ceremonies, and tooling that improve consistency, transparency, and predictable software delivery across the organization. Coach teams to drive continuous improvement,optimizeworkflow efficiency, and drive predictable delivery.
