Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our store. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.

The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Motivate employees to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.

• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.

• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)

Requirements

A few things you'll need…

• Candidates must be 18+ years or older
• Complete a pre-employment background check
• A minimum of 5 years experience working in a retail environment
