Compensation: $1909 - $2300 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process to provide care for patients in both ICU and Step-Down ICU settings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to nursing standards and state regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care in accordance with established standards.
• Design and implement tailored care plans for individual patients.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives and participate in shared governance.
• Offer clinical expertise and support to other departments and units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
• Current Illinois nursing license, along with CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; verification of education is required.
